Raw Portion Control

ACM achieves precise raw portion control and processing through expert meat cutting and trimming, utilizing portion control technology. Our advanced processing options include tenderizing, injection and vacuum -tumbling across all proteins. Steaks, chops, roasts, strips and dices are inspected to ensure consistency and quality and available fresh or IQF frozen in vacuum-sealed retail packs or bulk packaging.

Raw Ground

Our grinding capabilities are well-honed and a sense of pride. We offer a range of raw ground beef and pork options from IQF patties to bulk ground chubs and bricks. Our pre-seasoned options offer additional convenience and variety. Through our advanced production techniques and strict food safety standards, we reliably deliver consistency and quality.

We impart culinary-driven flavors through methods like marination, vacuum-tumbling and needle injection. Oven Cooked

ACM has oven-cooking down to a science. Formed products made from fresh ground proteins come in many forms including meatballs, patties and sausages and a full range of sizes and proteins. Cooked crumbles round out the offerings. Retail packs are shelf-ready, while our bulk options serve ingredient use.

Our chicken, beef, and other protein dices and strips provide exceptional consistency and uniformity. They perform well in a variety of applications from entrees to salads to meal kits. IQF in bulk or foodservice packs, they meet a wide variety of end-use needs.
